Passengers with special needs - for example walking-impaired persons, wheelchair users and visually impaired people - are to contact a member of the crew upon embarkation in order to make sure they can get appropriate assistance if an emergency situation should occur.

The lounges on the Ærøskøbing-Svendborg and Marstal-Rudkøbing ferries can be accessed via lift from the car deck. Simultaneously with making a car reservation for one of these ferries, please let us know if you would you like to park close to a lift. The request must be made by telephone directly to the shipping line.

Passengers who do not arrive by car, but still want to use the lift, must use the access ramp for cars. The same applies for passengers who bring along a pram/pushchair.

Passengers who want to use the lift are kindly asked to arrive in good time before embarkation in order to make sure the lift is accessible.
